How to get mental health support
IFR is unable to provide emergency support. If this is an emergency or if you need immediate support, please dial 911. Otherwise, to find out how to access IFR's mental health services please call (415) 229-0500 during regular business hours and ask to speak to the Officer of the Day. To protect your privacy, we are unable to provide any additional mental health information to you by email.
